Who we are

This website is run by Sempreverdi Digital, 1848 Upper Moore Creek Road, Moore Creek NSW 2340. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Sempreverdi Digital. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you email or phone us, or send the form on our Contact page, we receive what you choose to give us: usually your name, business, email address, phone number and a description of your problem. Form messages are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, which also emails them to us.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

What we don’t collect. This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, and no social media plug-ins. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep records of our work with you. We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to it, and any marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host and our email and accounting providers, or where the law requires it.

Overseas. Some of these providers, including Netlify, may store or process information outside Australia, for example in the United States.

How we keep it safe

We store information with reputable providers, use secure (HTTPS) connections, and limit access to the people who need it. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at info@sempreverdi-digital.com.au or call 1300 015 585, and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Questions or complaints

If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
